Tune into SNN to receive the latest District updates from the Superintendent and the Board of Education. Once Upon a Time - Here at Southern we believe that reading is fundamental. This program is designed for children to sit and read with the child development class at the high school and experience the wonders and imagination that reading can inspire. HS/MS Students of the Month - each month students are selected by Administration and staff to be noteworthy of being recognized as students of the month. Students are given their own show to spotlight their good character, community involvement, athlectic prowess and academis achievemnt. Tune in each month to see the best of what Southern has to offer. A View from the Middle School - This program is designed to take the viewer into the halls of the Middle School and offer, parents, teachers, and students updates on what is happening in their school. Hosted by Sam Feirra. Eye on Southern - This is a program that takes viewers into the many diverse classrooms and subjects that Southern has to offer. Viewers are able to experience the types of projects and lessons that their child is being exposed to. It is an insider look at the day in the life of a classroom. In the Community Interest - This programming is designed to feature programs that are specifically geared towards the members of our vast community. Topics may include but are not limited to: SOCH facilities, Medicare updates, Tax information, town parades/events etc. SRSD Sports - The SNN Crew tapes match ups from High School and Middle School athletic events. This program offers access to athletes, community members and families to see their Southern Athletes in action. Spotlight Southern - From concerts, to plays, to dodge ball tournaments, to national Honor Society inductions Southern is a school full of activity. This program is designed to give viewers at home entertainment of the numerous events that occur within our district.
