• They did it! The Southern girls Distance Medley Relay team of Chelsea Coc (1200), Michelle Simmons (400), Erin Horleman (800), and Jillian Smith (1600), won at the Nike Indoor Nationals in Boston on Saturday. They are National Champs! Their time of 11:41 is a new NJ state record and is the 3rd fastest time ever in the US! Congrats to Mr. Zatorski and the girls. Awesome accomplishment! (2008-2009)
• Breaks 25 year old mark in the 1600 4:28.23 at the Meet of Champions in Toms River 2-21-09.
